What to Expect on Your First Visit

treatment

Your initial appointment will consist of any necessary X-rays, diagnosis and a consultation regarding your treatment options. If your treatment plan calls for a root canal, we will schedule another appointment for treatment. If you are in extreme pain, we will do our best to see you, on most occasions, the same day that you call. We will make every effort to relieve your pain through emergency treatment, and then schedule you for the necessary follow-ups.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

  • Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable
  • A list of medications you are presently taking

If you have dental insurance, bring your current insurance card. If you don’t have one, we will need the subscriber number, group number, and phone number. This will save time and allow us to help you in the processing of your claim.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).

X-Rays

If your dentist or physician has taken X-rays, please have them forwarded to our office as they may be helpful in our diagnosis. A digital radiograph can be emailed to us. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.

Our Happy Customers

"What can I say about Dr. Sprague, he is simply THE BEST dentist in the Northern Hemisphere!!!!!!!!!!! What other dentist do you know of that can do a Root Canal and Crown within 1.5 hours on the same visit (Instead of going back 2-3 times)? His prices are reasonable and his work is absolutely flawless! He has even fixed crap dental work from two previous root canals done by two bad dentist. I really cant say enough about Doc Sprague! I love this guy and dont actually mind going to the dentist anymore (Outside of the cost of course). I am moving to Nevada in September, and will actually be coming back to Southern CA just to have him do my major dental work, that's how good he is! Thank you Dr. Sprague!!!!!!!"

"Dr. Sprague is an amazing dentist. He is extremely caring and his biggest concern is his patients and their needs. He met me at his office after hours to replace a crown. His pricing is very fair and he is truly a genuine caring physician. I would honestly recommend him to care for anyone's dental needs."
